Terms and Conditions for Martha Cares

Welcome to Martha Cares LLC (“Martha Cares,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, including the Martha Cares Nails Experience app, website, and any bookings or purchases made through our platform.
By using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Services
Martha Cares provides nail services, beauty products, and related booking services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
2. Appointments & Booking Policy

A $15 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments.

Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee is received.

The booking fee will be applied toward your total service cost.
3. Travel Policy

A $25 travel fee applies for mobile services within 10 miles.

An additional $3 per mile will be charged beyond 10 miles.

Travel services must be confirmed in advance and require payment before the appointment.
4. Late Policy

Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled.

A $15 late fee may apply if you arrive late without proper notice.
5. No-Call / No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to show up without notice will be marked as a no-call/no-show.

After two (2) no-call/no-shows, you may be blocked from future bookings.
6. Appointment Changes & Cancellations

Appointments may be modified or canceled up to one (1) week in advance.

Changes made outside of this timeframe may result in loss of the booking fee.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Arrive on time for appointments

Provide accurate booking information
-
Follow all policies and procedures
-
Maintain respectful behavior during services
Failure to comply may result in refusal of service.
8. Payments
We accept various forms of payment, including:

Credit/Debit Cards

Digital payments (e.g., CashApp, Zelle)
All payments must be completed as required before or at the time of service.
9. SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Martha Cares, including:

Appointment confirmations

Appointment reminders

Promotional offers
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

10. Refund Policy

All booking fees are non-refundable.

Service satisfaction concerns must be reported within 24 hours.

Refunds or corrections are provided at our discretion.
11. Limitation of Liability

Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

All content on our website and app, including logos, branding, and images, is the property of Martha Cares LLC and may not be used without permission.
